Vegetarian Chili!

This chili was really good, a few recommendations I have is to add MORE spices, I added CREOLE SEASONING SALT, (which I put on everything.) I also think that using an extra can of kidney beans is good. And the second time I tried this, I didn't use any carrots or mushrooms (my dad hates 'em), my chili was less colorful, but still REALLY good. (even better that the first time!) The recipe serves about 4, but I would recommend it for potlucks or parties, jsut multiply the recipes times 2 for 8 people and 3 for 12, etc. etc.

FUN FACT: I didn't know what saute' meant, so I had to google it! I'm such a cooking newbie!
